Hope Community Church was placed in the heart of Anthony Miller Sr. while he was a member of New Antioch Baptist Church of Randallstown in November 2013. Our history is still before us, as we seek God’s work in Philippians 3:14 (NASB) I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Pastor Anthony Lee Miller Sr.

Pastor Anthony Lee Miller Sr. was born again on February 6th, 2000, and became a member of New Antioch Baptist Church of Randallstown. Serving under the leadership of Pastor Kenneth L. Barney Senior. Pastor Miller has served on multiple ministries in a wide range of capacities from youth ministry, street ministry, nursing home ministry, and pastoral prayer ministry to name a few. Pastor Miller received his Bachelor of Arts in Management Science at Coppin State University. He has completed his 1st Masters(MA) in Religion at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in 2017 and is currently pursuing his 2nd Masters (MDIV) Lancaster Bible College/Capital Bible Seminary with a completion date of 2025. Pastor Miller life verse is Hebrews 12:2 (KJV)” Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Pastor Miller is married to his college sweetheart Linda, and they have two adult children.

First Lady Linda Denise Miller
First Lady Linda Denise Miller was born again on February 6th, 2000 and became a member of New Antioch Baptist Church of Randallstown. Sister Miller received her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She has completed her 1st Masters in Special Education from Coppin State University. Her 2nd Masters in Adult Education from Coppin State University. Linda has received her certificate from Evangelical Training Association(ETA) and has completed her training as a Lay Encouragers and Development (LEAD). First Lady Linda has taken counseling courses at the former Capital Bible Seminary (Currently Lancaster Bible College). Linda has a passion for youth, and her life verse is Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Linda has two adult children.

Deacon Solomon Simmons Jr.
Native of Baltimore, MD, Deacon Solomon Simmons Jr. honorably served eight years in the U.S. Navy as a Personnel Specialist. After discharged, he worked for the U.S, Navy as a Senior Programmer Analyst supervising the automation of the military pay and personnel system in the U.S. and abroad. From there, he worked for 15 years as a Facility Supervisor/Manager for the BIO-Medical Research Center at Johns Hopkins Bayiew campus until retirement.
He was blessed to have been raised in a home with Grandparents who had an incredible relationship with Christ and trusted and believed in Christ wholeheartedly and was not afraid to show it. He was taught about Christ at an early age and was baptized at the age of twelve. Not only did he know his parents and grandparents loved him, he knew that Christ also loved him unconditionally.
As he grew in Christ, he took his first walk as a Deacon in 2010, and he desires to continue to follow where Christ leads him.

Assistant Pastor Willie Hilton
Minister Willie Hilton, Jr. was born December 19, 1955 in Manning, South Carolina. At the early age of three years old, he and his family moved to Baltimore, Maryland. Upon moving there, he received his primary school education by attending the public school system in Baltimore. He was a graduate of Edmondson Senior High School in 1975. Immediately after high school, Minister Hilton became employed at the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (currently known as Exelon). He has been a faithful employee there for the past 43 years.
Furthering his education, Minister Hilton received a Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studies at the Arlington Bible College in 1998.
Minister Willie Hilton, Jr. was joined in marriage to the late Mrs. Kyle R. Hilton in 1977. They were married for 37 years, and she has since gone home to be with the Lord. From their union, they were blessed with two children, Tia and David. God added to their family, one son-in-law, Myron Feaster, and three grandchildren: Madison, Tres, and Victoria Feaster.
On March 18, 2017, God smiled upon Minister Hilton, and blessed him to marry his current wife, the lovely Rev. Jerald Brunson-Huff. “This was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in their eyes,” Mark 12:11.
In 1980, Minister Willie Hilton, Jr. was saved, and joined the fellowship of the Southern Baptist Church, under the pastorate of the late Rev. Dr. Nathaniel Higgs. Sensing the call of God upon his life to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Minister Hilton preached his initial sermon on August 30, 1987 at the Southern Baptist Church. He was licensed the following Sunday. On September 30, 1990, he was ordained at Southern Baptist Church in order to assist his pastor in the work of the ministry.
In November 2005, Minister Hilton joined New Antioch Church of Randallstown under the leadership of Pastor Keith L. Barney, Sr. There he served in the following ministries: The Hedges and Highways Ministry; The Nursing Home Ministry at Levindale; and the Helping-Up Mission Ministry.
Minster Hilton currently serves as Associate Minister at the Hope Community Church, under the wonderful pastorate of Pastor Anthony Miller, where community outreach is changing the lives of countless people for Christ.
Minister Hilton loves traveling, enjoys sports, and spending precious time with his new wife and family. His ultimate desire and goal is to love and serve God and the people of God with all his heart, soul, mind and strength for the rest of his life.
